Bio

​

Jaquelee Chit Yu Chau is a Hong Kong mixed media and printmaking artist whose work investigates cyclic pathway, material culture and history of everyday objects. She received her BFA at the University of Arizona and an MFA in Printmaking at Ohio University.

​

Chau has received multiple awards including the AA Spain Fine Arts Scholarship and the Mac Schweitzer Scholarship, and was a finalist for the Grand Jury Award at Manifest Gallery. Chau’s works have been exhibited in the U.S. and internationally, including Manhattan Graphics Center, New York, Artlink Contemporary Gallery, Fort Worth Indiana, BOX13 ArtSpace in Houston, Texas, Remarque/New Grounds Print Workshop in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Foundry Art Centre in St Charles, Missouri, and the SGGallery in Venice, Italy.
